Training and Placement Cell organizes regular aptitude training programme to develop technical skill and personality development programmes to improve soft skills.?
Members of this group are two officers, one staff member as co-ordinator from each departments a some students as representatives.?This Cell The placement cell is established in our college from 2014.
Main objectives of the placement cell are:
- To train them with employability skills
- To empower them with communicative abilities
- To enrich them with leadership qualities
- To enable them tackle the interviews with ease
- To equip them with life coping skills
- To enable the candidate to land up in the right job
- To get the right employers for the right candidate
