The Department of English enjoys the special status of being the only department that has contact with every student at undergraduated level. It started at BA English in 2010, MA English in 2015. Considerably enhanced the prestige and the importance at the department, it has been rerising and updating the syllabus for BA and MA including socially relevant and job oriented subjects.
